Davalos Rate Sheet Q4 2025

Labor:

-Half day (up to 4 hours) - $200 (most common for concerts, i.e. 2 hours of recording time) + parking + mileage*

-Full day (up to 8 hours) - $350 + parking + mileage*

-Additional Assistant - Inquire for quote + parking + mileage*
(Generally required when booking Recording and Live Sound, large Multicam Recording, and/or quick setup/teardown times)

-Overtime hourly - $75/hr

-General hourly (uncommon, generally rehearsals only) - $50/hour + parking + mileage*

Audio equipment, daily:

-Stereo portable field recorder (i.e. Zoom H5) - $50

-4 mic/input kit (mics, F8n Pro recorder, stands, cables) - $100 (most common for concerts)

-Audio, 8 mics - $150

-Audio, >8 mics - $150 + additional rental cost. Inquire for quote.

Video equipment, daily:

-1 Camera Package (FX30 camera body, lens, tripod, stereo recorder) - $100

-2 Camera Package (FX30, AX100) - $175

->2 Cameras - $175 + additional rental cost. Inquire for quote.

For equipment rentals WITHOUT Labor, add 50%.

Editing, hourly:

-Audio and Video Editing - $50/hour

-Editing estimates:

-2 hour minimum for general AV concert recording and editing

-1 hour + ~3x concert length for multicamera editing


Live Sound:

-Labor, half day, no equipment - $200 (most common for concerts, i.e. 2 hours of performing time) + parking + mileage*

-Labor, half day, WITH equipment - Inquire for quote.

Discounts:

Package Discounts:

-2-3 services (e.g. Labor + Audio) - $50 off

-4+ services (e.g. Labor + Audio + Video + Editing) - $100 off

-Student - $50 off

Percentage Discounts (applied after Package Discounts):

-Invoice of $1000 or more - 10% off total

-Returning Client - 5% off total.

-Referral - 5% off the total of your next project, when you refer someone to me, and they hire me. Stacks with other referrals.

1) Basic Concert Documentation Package - $250 ( + parking + mileage* )

2) Standard Concert Recording and Editing Package - $400 ( + parking + mileage* )

3) Multicamera Concert Recording and Editing Package - starting at $600 ( + parking + mileage after 25 miles* + additional camera rental[s]** )

*mileage calculated from the Sherman Oaks/Van Nuys area, billed at the 2025 IRS standard mileage rate of $0.70 per mile.

Projects with a total over $500 require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
