$250 ( + parking + mileage* )

Audio Recording:

• High quality stereo recording (48khz, 24-bit) with a Zoom field recorder.

• Basic level adjustment so the files can easily be heard across all electronic devices and platforms.

• A backup Audio system will also be running to ensure continuous recording. Recitals only happen once, after all!

Video Recording:

• Single angle 4k video recording with a Sony Cinema Line camera.

Deliverables:

• Individual Audio and Video files of the entire recital, as well as each piece (and movement), will be provided.

• You'll be sent a Google Drive/Dropbox link to download all of the files within two weeks of the recital.

• A backup of the entire project will be maintained for 6 months.

Payment is due day-of, at the conclusion of the concert.

If you have an imminent audition/application deadline and need the files within a shorter time frame, a Rush fee would incur.

Cancellation requires at least 48 hours of notice.

• For amplified concerts, the recording would use 2 room mics and the stereo out from the soundboard.

• Mixing and mastering for a polished sound that can be easily heard across all electronic devices and platforms.

Video Recording + Editing:

• Single angle video recording in 4k with a Sony Cinema Line camera.

• Color grading to achieve a rich and detailed image.

• Crossfade transitions for each piece.

Separate backup Audio and Video recording systems will also be running to ensure continuous recording. Recitals only happen once, after all!

• Steaming through OBS or directly to YouTube (or the site of your choice).
